1121 Hennepin was originally a one story office building with underground parking built in 1953 to house a family owned business that planned to expand to three floors. Realsolve has provided real estate consulting, brokerage and leasing services for other family owned properties for many years and in 2003 was tasked with leasing the property while researching the possibility of higher and better uses and eventually sale of the site to a developer or user. After several iterations of potential use scenarios, RealSolve closed a sale on behalf of the prior owner in 2008 with the current owner/developer of what has become the Butcher and Boar Restaurant. Throughout the process, RealSolve provided multi-level consulting and negotiation support to help both sides get through challenges with financing and final approvals.
